I had a spirited and tough workout yesterday with Chase Woolman from Positive Body Fitness Training. Left a lot of sweat on the mat...but that's why I enjoy training with Chase--he pushes you to a good training point.
I'm looking forward to playing some tennis today and getting some cardio in. Still need to learn how to serve.
